FitReviewZone is operated by 广西云智锋科技有限公司. This Privacy Policy covers both the public FitReviewZone website at fitreviewzone.com and the internal FitReviewZone Ads Bridge application. Visiting the public website does not authorize FitReviewZone Ads Bridge to access a visitor’s Google Account. Google Ads access occurs only when an authorized person separately grants Google OAuth access for an account that the company is permitted to manage.

1. Information Collected from Website Visitors

  • Information you provide: Information included in an email, comment, or other communication you choose to send to us.
  • Technical and usage information: Standard server and service data may include an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

2. How Website Information May Be Used

  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
  • To respond to inquiries and communications.
  • To understand website usage and content performance.
  • To measure advertising or affiliate-link activity where those services are used.
  • To detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for essential website functions, preferences, analytics, advertising measurement, and affiliate attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website features or measurement.

4. Analytics and Advertising

FitReviewZone may use analytics and advertising services to understand traffic, evaluate content performance, and measure campaigns. When enabled, these third-party services may process device, browser, usage, cookie, or similar identifiers under their own privacy terms.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links may be affiliate links. A third-party merchant or affiliate network may use cookies or other identifiers to record a referral and determine whether a qualifying action occurred. FitReviewZone may receive a commission from a qualifying action. This does not necessarily increase the price paid by the visitor.

6. Third-Party Services and Links for the Public Website

The public website may link to third-party websites or use services provided by hosting, analytics, advertising, affiliate, security, or content-delivery providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FitReviewZone does not control third-party websites.

7. Website Data Security and Retention

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information associated with the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, service operation, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.

FitReviewZone Ads Bridge and Google API Data

8. Application Operator and Access

FitReviewZone Ads Bridge is developed and operated by 广西云智锋科技有限公司. It is an internal advertising-management tool for company personnel and authorized contractors. It is not a public registration or customer-access service. Authorized personnel use Google OAuth to grant the application access to Google Ads accounts that the company is authorized to manage. Google’s OAuth user type or consent-screen configuration does not by itself make the tool available to the public.

9. Google Data Accessed

The application requests the Google Ads OAuth scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Depending on the authorized account, the operator’s request, and data available through the Google Ads API, the application may read:

  • Google Ads customer and manager-account identifiers, descriptive account information, account status, manager relationships, time zone, and currency information;
  • campaign, campaign-budget, ad-group, keyword and other criterion, ad, asset, URL, and Final URL Suffix configuration;
  • delivery, approval, policy, and operational status information available for the requested resources; and
  • performance and reporting data such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and search-term data when an authorized operator requests it and the account and API make it available.

The application does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or payment-card details through its configured OAuth scope.

FitReviewZone Ads Bridge can also create, update, or remove supported Google Ads resources, including Search campaign structures, budgets, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, and related settings. Write operations are restricted to authorized accounts and are routed through local preview, validation, snapshot, action-log, and readback controls. A direct instruction from an authorized operator can initiate a write; an application-generated recommendation requires operator confirmation before execution.

10. Purposes of Use

  • To identify and select authorized Google Ads accounts and manager-account routes;
  • to create and manage Search campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, URLs, and related settings;
  • to retrieve and analyze account and campaign performance for internal reporting and advertising operations;
  • to preview, validate, confirm, record, reconcile, and troubleshoot requested operations; and
  • to maintain local account mappings, resource indexes, operational snapshots, quota records, and action history needed to operate and support the tool.

Migration of the company’s existing Final URL Suffix update workflow to the Google Ads API and integration with Google Ads Keyword Planner are planned enhancements. The current implementation does not present either planned module as an active production data-collection workflow.

11. Storage and Protection

  • OAuth credentials: OAuth client credentials, the Google Ads developer token, and refresh tokens are stored in a local Windows DPAPI-protected credential vault bound to the Windows user account used to operate the tool. They are not placed in the public website, ordinary application responses, or normal operational logs.
  • Account configuration: authorized-account routes, customer identifiers, manager relationships, resource indexes, and related configuration are stored in local application data stores.
  • Reports and snapshots: operator-requested query results, campaign blueprints, preflight results, readback evidence, and before-and-after snapshots may be stored in local SQLite databases, JSON files, or other local working artifacts.
  • Logs: local action, quota, timing, error, and diagnostic records are stored to support confirmation, reconciliation, security, and troubleshooting. The configured telemetry exporter writes to local files and is not configured with a remote collector.

The application service is configured to listen on the local loopback interface. Google API communications use encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the local tool and its stored data is limited to company personnel and authorized contractors who need it for the functions described in this policy. Credentials are kept separate from public website content. These measures reduce risk but do not make any system completely secure.

12. Sharing, Service Providers, and AI-Assisted Processing

Google Ads data is transmitted to Google as required to authenticate requests and use the Google Ads API. When authorized personnel use ChatGPT or Codex as the working interface for FitReviewZone Ads Bridge, the prompts, selected operational context, and Google Ads data returned for the requested task may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI to interpret instructions, prepare previews or reports, and operate the local tool. The operator accesses Codex through a ChatGPT account for which the general “Improve the model for everyone” setting has been turned off. This statement applies only to that confirmed account-level setting; other product-specific data controls, contractual terms, retention practices, and processing by OpenAI or other service providers have not all been independently verified. OpenAI’s handling of information is governed by the applicable service terms, contractual arrangements, product settings, and data controls used by the company.

FitReviewZone Ads Bridge also uses separate read-only affiliate-network integrations for internal attribution and ROI analysis. Google Ads data is not sent to those affiliate networks as part of those integrations. The application does not currently export Google Ads data to Google Sheets or Airtable, and its configured telemetry exporter writes to local files rather than a remote collector. Google Ads data is not sold, transferred to data brokers, or shared with advertisers or affiliate networks merely because the company participates in affiliate marketing.

13. Retention and Deletion

The application does not apply one automatic fixed retention or deletion period to all Google Ads data. The following manual review rules apply from the date of this policy:

  • Temporary data: temporary query results, temporary exports, diagnostic logs, and records of failed or unpublished tasks are reviewed at least once every 90 days. Information that is no longer needed is evaluated for deletion; when continued retention has a specific operational, security, reconciliation, dispute-resolution, or legal purpose, the reason is recorded.
  • Formal historical records: formal reports, historical optimization records, Action Logs, snapshots, and evidence relating to published tasks are retained for defined business-analysis, reconciliation, and operational-traceability purposes. Their continued necessity is reviewed at least once every 12 months.
  • Credentials, account mappings, and indexes: OAuth credentials, authorized-account mappings, manager-account routes, and resource indexes are retained according to valid authorization and management needs. When access is no longer used or a valid request is received, the operator first verifies the affected authorization, accounts, data, and operational impact before deciding the appropriate action. A request concerning particular data does not automatically require revocation of an entire OAuth authorization.
  • Backups and copies: local backups and related copies controlled by the operator are included when assessing a review or request. If a recovery copy must be retained, the operator records the reason and the planned follow-up. The application does not currently have one automatic mechanism that simultaneously deletes data from the primary stores and every backup or copy.
  • Affiliate transactions and commissions: affiliate transaction and commission records are handled separately from Google Ads credentials and account-binding information. A request concerning specific Google data does not automatically cause deletion of all affiliate commission history. Any required financial, contractual, or legal retention is assessed separately.

The 90-day and 12-month periods above are manual review cycles, not automatic deletion deadlines and not authorization to retain all data indefinitely. A valid privacy or deletion request is assessed individually and does not need to wait for the next scheduled review. The operator considers the verified request scope, authorization, available processing methods, continued necessity, and applicable requirements before deciding what should be deleted, retained, restricted, or otherwise handled.

Requests concerning access to or deletion of identifiable data are received at [email protected] and are handled by the person responsible for privacy requests on behalf of the application operator. That responsible person will verify the requester’s identity and authority, confirm the data and processing scope involved, coordinate the applicable manual review and action, and reply with the outcome. The current implementation does not provide an automatic deletion button or a fixed response-time commitment. Certain records may be retained where needed for security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, subject to the confirmed scope of the request and the operator’s approved retention rules.

14. Revoking Google Access

An authorized Google user can review or remove the application’s access through the third-party connections page in the user’s Google Account. Removing access prevents future authorized API access after Google invalidates the grant. FitReviewZone Ads Bridge does not currently provide a public “Disconnect” or “Delete data” button. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete information already stored by the application, and deletion of local application data is not the same process as management of related records processed by OpenAI under its applicable service terms and data controls. 15. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

FitReviewZone Ads Bridge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the internal Google Ads management features described in this policy, supporting security and troubleshooting, complying with applicable law, and other uses permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Google user data obtained through the application is not used for unrelated profiling, sold to data brokers, used to determine creditworthiness, or transferred for unrelated advertising or retargeting. Personnel and contractors with access are required to use the data only for authorized company Google Ads operations and the purposes described here.

16. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Website visitors may manage cookies in their browsers and use any opt-out method provided in a marketing communication. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

17. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If the application begins accessing or using Google data in a materially different way, the policy and any required consent notice will be updated before that new use begins.
